This document explains what data this website collects, why it collects it, how long it keeps it, and how to get it back or have it deleted.
It's written to be read. If anything here doesn't make sense, write to me and I'll explain. And if the explanation turns out better than what's written, I'll change what's written.
This is a translation of the Portuguese version, provided for convenience. If the two ever differ, the Portuguese version prevails.
The data controller is Fellipe Anderson França e Lima, a sole trader operating under the trading name FFtechnologies.

When you fill in the form, your name, email, company (if you enter one), project type (if you choose one) and message are stored.
They're used to reply to you and to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract: you asked for a quote, and a quote can't be answered without knowing who is asking and for what.
If you talk to the assistant, what you write is sent to a language model provider to generate the reply. If you leave your contact details at the end, the last twelve messages of the conversation are stored with them, so I know what has already been said before I get in touch.
Please don't write sensitive data there (health, financial, or about other people). None of it is needed for anything the assistant does.
The website counts visits. No cookies and no persistent identifier, which is why there's no banner asking for your consent.
For each visit, it stores:
The visitor is identified by a code calculated from the IP address and the browser, which changes every day. The IP address itself is never stored, and tomorrow the same visitor can no longer be linked to today's. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in knowing whether the website works.
The assistant is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that there's a person on the other side and not a program. To do that, Cloudflare receives your IP address and information about your browser.
| What | How long |
|---|---|
| Enquiries that led nowhere | 24 months, then deleted automatically |
| Enquiries that became clients | For as long as the relationship lasts, and then whatever tax and commercial law requires |
| Traffic measurement | 12 months |
| Technical logs of the assistant's replies | 3 months |
These periods aren't an intention: they're written into the code, and a task runs on its own to delete whatever is past its time.
Data isn't sold to anyone and there's no advertising on this website. There are providers that process data on my behalf, and these are they:
| Who | What for |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosting the website and protecting the assistant against abuse |
| Resend | Sending the email that tells me about your enquiry |
| Language model provider | Generating the assistant's replies |
| Application and database hosting | Where the data is stored |
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When that happens, it's under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Access to the database is restricted and authenticated. The content of conversations is encrypted at rest, and traffic between your browser and the server always goes over an encrypted connection.
No measure makes a system unbreakable, and anyone who says otherwise is selling something. What can be promised is that the design assumes something will go wrong, and limits the damage when it does.
At any time, you can:
Just write to geral@fftechnologies.online. I reply within 30 days, which is the legal deadline, but in practice well before that.
You don't need to justify a deletion request, and making one doesn't cost you anything: if you write again later, we simply start from scratch.
This website doesn't use cookies. Not its own, not third party, not analytics, not advertising.
That's why there's no banner here asking you to accept anything. Traffic measurement was designed so it doesn't need to store anything in your browser, and without that there's no consent to ask for.
If you think your data has been mishandled, tell me first: it's quicker and it usually gets sorted out. But you have the right to complain directly to the supervisory authority in Portugal:
Comissão Nacional de Protecção de Dados (CNPD)
www.cnpd.pt
If you live in another country of the European Union, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. Changes that affect what is collected or what it's used for are announced by email to anyone whose contact details are already stored.
