I turn manual processes into software and automations that work for your business.

Custom systems, automations and AI that save your team time, help you serve customers better and let you grow without the complexity. I'm Fellipe, and I stay with what I build after it goes live.

// the problem

If your business still…

  • answers the same WhatsApp questions, every single day
  • takes bookings by phone and loses customers after hours
  • copies data from one system to another by hand
  • runs everything on shared spreadsheets
  • has systems that don't talk to each other
  • puts reports together by hand at the end of every month

…then hours every week are going into work that software could do. You don't need to change everything at once: start with the process that costs the most, and measure.

// what I build

Technology that solves real problems.

I don't sell technology for its own sake. Every project starts with a concrete problem in your day-to-day and only ends when that problem is gone.

AI automation

Automate repetitive tasks and customer service.

AI answers the usual questions, triages requests and pulls data out of emails and documents. With clear limits: what it can decide on its own and what always goes through a person.

  • WhatsApp replies
  • request triage
  • document data

Custom systems

A system that works the way your business does.

For when the shared spreadsheet isn't enough anymore: back-offices, portals and internal dashboards, with accounts, permissions and a history of who changed what. Built around your process, not the other way round.

  • back-offices
  • customer portals
  • internal dashboards

Web applications

Turn an idea into a product.

From idea to a first version live, with user accounts, online payments and whatever it takes to get people using it. I start with the smallest thing that already solves the problem, and it grows from there.

  • first version
  • SaaS
  • online payments

Integrations

Get your systems talking to each other.

Invoicing, calendar, payments, WhatsApp: systems that don't know each other start exchanging data on their own, and the copying by hand stops. Including the boring part: retrying when something fails, and never duplicating when it retries.

  • invoicing
  • calendar
  • payments
  • WhatsApp

// who I build for

Businesses where this makes a difference.

Clinics and healthcare

WhatsApp bookings at any hour, reminders before appointments and answers to the usual questions without tying up reception.

Service businesses

Quote requests in one place, tracking for every job and invoicing connected to the rest, with no copying data by hand.

Retail

Orders, stock and customers in the same system, with quick answers for anyone asking on WhatsApp or on your website.

SMEs

Internal processes off the spreadsheets, reports that put themselves together and systems that finally talk to each other.

Don't see your sector? The process matters more than the sector. Tell me about yours →

// why work with me

I don't deliver code. I deliver working software.

I'm one person, not an agency. That changes how the work goes.

The code is yours

It lives in your repository from day one. If you ever want to carry on with someone else, you don't depend on me for that.

Price agreed before we start

Scope, timeline and price in writing before the first line of code. No "we'll see later" and no surprise invoices at the end.

You talk to the developer

No account managers or middlemen. The person answering your questions is the person writing the code, and replies within one business day.

Support after launch

The software is monitored and kept fixed. The hard part isn't writing it, it's keeping it running once people depend on it.

// how it works

From problem to software in production.

  1. 01

    Assessment

    Half an hour, free, understanding the problem rather than the feature you've already pictured. A lot of what looks like software is really process, and I'll tell you that straight away.

  2. 02

    Proposal

    Scope, timeline and price fixed, in writing, before any code is written. Whatever is left out is written down as left out.

  3. 03

    Development

    You see the software working early and in parts, not just in a demo at the end. It's easier to change your mind in week two than in week ten.

  4. 04

    Production

    It goes live, it's monitored and you have a person to call. The code is yours and lives in your repository.

// questions

What people ask me before we start.

If yours isn't here, ask the assistant in the corner of the screen, or write to me.

Is the assessment really free?

Yes. It's 30 minutes looking at one process in your business: what's costing you time, what can be automated and where I'd start. There's no commitment, and if the answer isn't software, I'll tell you.

How much does a project cost?

Projects start at €50. Each one depends on the scope, and the price is fixed: scope, timeline and price in writing before any code is written. Whatever is left out is written down as left out.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

No. Bring the problem, not the solution: "we lose bookings after hours" is enough to start. Working out what's worth building is the first part of my job.

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes. Clinics, service businesses, retail and SMEs are exactly who I build for. Often the best solution is a small one, and starting with the process that costs the most is the safest way to see results.

Do you work with clients outside Portugal?

Yes. I'm based in Portugal and work in English as well as Portuguese. Everything can be done remotely: the assessment, the check-ins along the way and the delivery.

Do I own the code?

Yes. The code is yours and lives in your repository. If you ever want to carry on with someone else, you don't depend on me for that.

What happens after launch?

It's monitored, and you have a person to call. Maintenance, fixes and the conversation before the next thing breaks are part of the job: software that's delivered and abandoned is debt.

Can I see something you have built?

Yes. I have several projects running in production, from automations to internal systems and web apps. In the assessment I'll show you the ones closest to your case.

// free assessment

Got a process that needs improving?

Ask for an automation assessment: 30 minutes, free and no strings attached. We look at one process in your business together, and you come away knowing:

  • what can be automated, and what isn't worth it
  • where I would start, and why
  • whether the answer is software or just changing the process

Write in your own words, no specs needed. I reply within one business day to set a time, and if it's not work for me I'll say so straight away.
